gel coat blender can color match off the boat or a sample. that the good part. the bad is it will require a gallon purchase and cost $2-300
What you need to get is a color adjustment kit. They can be purchased at http://WWW.SpectrumColor.com
Or you can take off a piece of gelcote, it needs to be at least 2 inches X 2 inches if not slightly bigger. Just make sure it is sanded and buffed as good as possible before you send it to them.
auto paint dealer can put camera on there and get pretty close.then get a small canof acrylic enamel, apply with toothpick or small brush.i use ppg and dupont.
