2003 Ranger 185VS Can't get the seats out to re-upholster them

Can't seem to get the seats out to replace the bottom skins. I found the two bolts behind the center piece of each seat, but the seats still won't come out. Called Ranger and they said there are bolts under the front of each seat. You can see by the pics there are no bolts. Can anyone help?

Sit in the seat on the passenger side there will be a screw by your left calf muscle driver seat it will be by your right calf. Then tilt the bottom up and pull straight up then back.Hope this helps
