I was out on the lake yesterday and got into some riprap and put some serious scratches on my boat. They are not down into the fiberglass, but they are deep and obvious. How do I go about repairing this? The scratches are for the most part in an area that is visible. Thanks guys!

i bough a buffer and used rubbing compoud specifically for boats, meguirs makes some that is good. I would do that, it should get rid of the scratches and shine your boat up. make sure to buy a slower buffer because it wont take as much clear off.

Buff the heck out of them they will all but go ...They will be a shiny scratch that is barely noticable......electric buffer and some 2000 grit compound...
