Clinton Lake, any info??

I am going to be fishing Clinton w/ my club on the 18th-19th of Oct. Any idea how the fishing has been, any suggestions?

I did well last year at that time flipping beavers in lay downs. The last cove on the left before the bouys is the best. Also the shad should be in the backs of the creeks. Use poppers and chatterbaits around the shad or whatever youre confidence baits are. GL. Let me know if you have any other questions.

depending where you are at the temps by the outtake could be around 80 and prob around 65 on the lower part.

my buddy fished there saturday, he had 6 keepers in 4 hrs. he said mid lake temps were 72, it will prob change by sat, they are calling for some lower temps and rain. he flipped laydowns in back of creeks.

Hey Ben,
Ended up doing good. Took third....I had two keepers each day.....I lost a HOG on the first day..
