    Spark plug question??

I have a 1998 225 Johnson Venom and have just noticed that if I pull the plugs after the motor has been at idle they are wet(oil) and I if check them right after a WOT run they are dry. Is this normal or do I have a vro problem? I also just switched from Quicksilver oil to Johnson/Evinrude oil and my motor is not smoking as much as it used to.

Normal plug description. It is the super-hot CD ignition that allows the plugs to fire at low speeds while doused with fuel and oil.

Try the Evinrude XD-50 oil for even less smoke if you are presently using the XD-30.
