I need something for both jigs and crankbaits after I airbrush them? Prefer something cheaper but at this point I just need something. Thanks

Here i modified the bottom section of a cabinet cutting holes in the center on both sides with a spade bit and put in a metal pipe with holes drilled and clips attached
i mounted the motor on oppisite side of the shelf wall by taking the plate off the bottom and attaching it to the side of the shelf wall
here i coupled the pipe to a socket extension i modified to fit into the motor i think they sell something a little more practical for this but it worked for me you can also see the smaller holes i drilles to attch the screws back into the motor housing to pull it tight

Thanks guys. I may take this route.
Here is my turner, made with a rotisserie motor from Lowes. The motor is mounted in a U shaped bracket and I use several types of wheels and fixtures to hold baits. Have wheels that hold either 4 or 8 baits at a time, with the right wheels and holders I can turn up to 60 at a time. The holders run from aligator clips to Exacto handles with special adjustable holders for swimbaits. The wheels just slide on and off the shaft and can be used in any combination.

may be able to do the same thing is you have an old microwave that has a turntable in it
Daiwa / St. Croix / Abu Garcia / Sufix / Humminbird / Motorguide
T & H / Power Pole / BlueWater / Loc-R-Bar / Bravo 1 / MercMonitor
Thanks again. You guys are great with info and always quick to help. It is VERY appreciated.![]()
Thats a pretty slick setup Whittler...you have any more pictures of it from another angle?
Luke most of my holders are mounted on 3/8" dowels, only the Exacto handles are 5/16" and I have a special wheel made for them. The large wheels with the bolts through them are cut from 2X6 then turned round and the holes drilled for the dowels. Once drilled they are cut down the middle with a tablesaw then bolted together with a spring on each bolt. When the holders are inserted it has enough tension to hold them in place.

actually i now i have 2 mounted inside the cabinet to keep up with orders so i can get more on actually considering adding a 3rd doesnt take long to fill them up this is inside an enclosed cabinet that is now heated to dry the lures faster maybe you should try that!!!!
I have 2 lure turners with interchangeable wheels, one is set for freshwater baits and will turn 64 freshy crankbaits at a clip the other is my saltwater turner that turns 8 baits at a clip. I also have another freshwater and saltwater wheel that will fit either one of the turner frames for when I need to amp up the lure clearcoating process
