    A few new baits

Here's some of what I've been working on lately. I've got a lot more ready for topcoat or already on the drying wheel, but these are all I have done so far.

All of these are carved out of PVC with Lexan bills, stainless steel hardware, and U-40 Duragloss topcoat.

    Goldfish

    Green Sunfish

    Blue Tilapia

More to come either tonight or tomorrow.

Let me know what you think!

Do you brush that U-40 Duragloss coat or spray it somehow. I used D2T on baits I paint but am looking for something to coat some reels of mine I just painted.

I brush it on. U-40 Duragloss is a two-part epoxy, so it probably wouldn't work very well for what you want.

Thanks Ben, Actually found a spray clear for the reels. Minwax Polycrylic Clear. It is a water based clear so no crazy vapors to deal with. Just did my first reel with it and looking good. I will post a pic when I reassemble.

By the way your baits looks awesome!
