Hi guys, Im building a new rod on the 7.5 foot skeet crankin blank (mb901f-h) does anybody know what size reel seat I need for this blank? I have a 17 and thats way to small, so im thinkin a 20 ?

You need to measure the blank at the location that you want to install your reel seat. Are you using an exposed blank reel seat or a center bored seat.
Sounds like you are trying to put a spinning seat on it? Is that true? Are you building a spinning rod or baitcasting? If baitcasting then you will need to find where on the blank you want to install the seat and then measure that spot and get the seat that corresponds to that measurement.
