tilt & trim problem

My motor has been tilting up by itself lately with nobody in or around the boat,do you think its a relay going bad? It does it by itself,I can trim it down and look out a little while later and its tilted all the way up ???

you have a bad tilt switch ...doubtfull its the one on the motor .. try looking at the switch on the bow....if its rained lately you may have moisture n the trim switch on your switch handle .... drive you insane ....took me a while to find mine ... ants in the bow switch ....

thanks/I believe that was it,changed it and cleaned the terminals,will know when I"m not watching it,....Todd too...
