Can someone clearly difine a secondary point? I think I know, but there are so many references to that particular structure I would like to hear other opinions or descriptions.

From the way I understand it:
A secondary point is one in a creek arm of a reservoir.
A primary/main lake point is one in the main portion of the reservoir.
Natural lakes only have primary/main lake points due to them having no creek arms.
A secondary point can also be a point running offf of a main point.... well up here anyway
Primary or main lake points are where 2 large bodies of water join. Secondary points are just about anything else.....or at least that is the way it was explained to me.
