That is a fresh water ribbon worm. Very similar to the tape worm and had to tell the difference between the 2. Fish seem to eat them quite alot and have seen many in alot of fish. I would be willing to bet there are more in the fishes intestine cause one that big has procreated a bounch. Either way they aren't good so do t eat it. They don't do good for fish either.
Also make sure you burn it to death to kill it as cutting it and thown away just creates more of them! Propane torch works well or some lighter fluid on the drive way
