Going there on the 26th, never fished it before. I know there is a lot of flooded timber, have 2 GPS units that will hopefully keep me out of trouble. Any other hints or tricks?

some where between boat lane a-z #1-23 there was a small island with oil barrells all around it in the water you could pull a fish out of each barrel now that was in the early 80's i havent been back
