I had a similar issue and found the linkage where my hotfoot connected on the motor side was loose. I tighten/replaced the screws where it connects and fixed the issue. Probably a long shot but...

I love my 23 ZXR 20. I came out of a 17 ZX 225 and the front deck space is amazing. The boat does everything I could ask and is very enjoyable to fish out of.

I use one of the large totes that has wheels. Works out real well.

I believe my 23 ZXR came with the DLX-P 1500 trailer jack.

My 23 ZXR has the Dutton. I was glad to see the change. My 17 zx had the Fulton jack and it completely failed on me.

I use a cheap baby monitor. It picks up the slightest noise and also alerts if the power is interrupted on the boat side.

Mine was where the front side of the fenders attached the main part of the trailer. I don't think it was a structural concern but it shouldn't have cracked on both sides for a four year old trailer....
