Son remember, everything on a boat can be fixed. You booger it up, either the boat manufacture has new lids or someone can make em for you. I measured, marked, measured it again, opened the lid and put a towel across the opening, then drilled, installed and enjoyed.Quote:

Why would you remove the latch? I always secure my livewells with the latch, especially when running. You need to install just like the instructions show. These are a great product. And, they are very easy to install.Quote:
