Confused me too Mike, thought we had changed subject to Lifters like on those high SUV's http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif I think he's referring to the 3 fuel pump assemblies. As for "get a real motor" I didnt know you guys were friends.I just dont condone boat or motor brand
bashing, they all have their Good, Bad & Ugly( http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/roll.gif ) issues.

replace the pumps do not rebuild
there a 3 tech bulletins on how to test the o2 sensor
need to be done in the water
you need to clean the VST tank every year, replace the strainer also
if the techs laugh at you about the bullitens, find a new shop ASAP

I almost guarantee it's the fuel pumps. I changed mine twice since I have owned it. One time you could pump the primer bubble and see fuel leaking from the pumps. The other time you couldn't. Both times the symptoms were the same as yours, both times new pumps fixed the problem. Fixed it myself both times. Very easy fix, less than a hundred bucks for the pumps. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif
