I have looked on here and seen the pictures, step by step, by step. So please dont post a link to there.
I got the steering wheel off
Got the center bolt off
Went and got 4 screws that fit my steering wheel holes
Attatched a steeringwheel puller to said screws.....
I tightened the crap out of it, and all it did was bend the hell out of the scews.
I have doused it with WD-40 but what else do I need to try?
Tighten the puller up (tight) and tap on the puller head with a hammer a few times.

anyway to keep the screws from twisting?
They are 10-32 size screws.
Are you using a sterring wheel puller? if so just snug the small screws and tighten the puller bolt with some pressure and then tap it with a hammer a couple times. then make sure everything is still tight and do it again. its on a taper and should break loose. you could try a little heat on the hub as well.
Ace hardward has a spray better than WD40 to loosen stuff with. Buy it and spray it wait an hour spray it again wait another hour then attach puller tighten down and hit with dead blow hammer. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif

I tightened it down again and when the bolts stared to bend and twist, I hit it with a hammer. Nothing happened, until I got pissed and straight on swung as hard as I could and, thankfully, hit it square on the center bolt and the thing popped off. It sounded like a gun shot but not it works great!

What brand name blinker trim did you install and where did you buy , your's from .
Was thinking about installing one on my 90 ,201 pro .
