Not sure how I feel about that deck layout
Now that I've seen that video, I think that deck layout might just be really functional.
Deck layout is growing in me...
Me neither, seems like no place to sit while accessing the center rod box. Looks like you have to be on your knees like the guy in the video, or sitting on the port side trying to reach over top of the open lid, or trying to sit sideways on the small cooler compartment without falling off. Looks like if it opened the other direction, you could sit on the port side while accessing it. I don't understand that layout.Quote:

2 questions of concerning layout. Why not have rod box open toward driver's side so will have place to sit once open and accessing rods even with dual console. Is livewell divider removable for longer fish---stripers, catfish.

It's certainly different. I will stick with my Puma.
I think putting the tackle storage compartments on the other side makes sense for balancing the boat, especially for someone fishing solo.
