Not A Cleaver Tip Or Idea...But Something You Should Carry With You
The other day fished a tournament, when I got back to shore found my one trailer tire a little low http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/sick.gif . Fortunately a buddy has a compressor that plugs into a cigarette lighter and got the tire reinflated http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/smile.gif (the tire wasn't flat, but low) Anyway, no one needs to whack me on the head with a 2x4 http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif ...next day I went out and bought myself a compressor...IMHO just as essential as jumper cables.
In this case, there was a gas station nearby, but my friend was prepared, but if it was somewhere else, I'd be changing tires.
Thought I'd mention it in case others out there don't have compressors, its a good idea to carry them http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif

Good idea, you should also carry a can of fix-a-flat. With both you got yourself covered. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif

Always keep one in my truck. Very handy. Have also helped a lot of people out that did not have one. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif

I keep an air tank in the bed of my truck, along with the can of fix-a-flat. It can air up trailer or truck tires if you go flat.
