2003 Ficht Ram - Hard Start at times after running

My 2003 250 H.P. Evinrude Ficht Ram starts on the first turn of the key when I first fire her up all the time. This engine has always started on the first turn of the key after warm up and running all day. Maybe I have been spoiled.

Recently I noticed I have to crank and crank the engine about four times to get her to turn over.

The plugs were replaced in the spring and have about 30 hours on them.

Could this be the start of a problem? Thanks.

The exhaust pressure sensor may need to be cleaned! Have you de-carbed recently or do you run XD100? Check the plug gap to make sure you are at .030, you may need to re-gap.
