Cooper..5200 is more of a sealant/adhesive, it could be used to fill small screw holes, but takes a while to cure correctly. For filling larger holes to redrill, marine tex would probably be a better choice.
If you are doing repairs and already have resin handy, some thickened resin will work also.
Clean out all the loose debris, glass dust, and fill.

A little tip for filling holes with Marine Tex, is to use a tooth pick to jam the goop down in the hole. It help get out any trapped air, as well as allow the maximum amount to fill the hole.
