    Mercury 200 Carbed motor

    I am thinking about buy a 2004 Triton -196 powered by a Merc 200 carbed motor. What can I expect out of this motor? Pros and cons. I am used to the HPDI motors.

    Good motors most are on the proven 2.5 200 blocks and some on a 3.0 L . Love gas and oil but has a good track record. But check it out good. Are have your tech do it for you .

    Also there where the 2.4 models before the 1990 time frame , like above a S/N will gave the yr it was Mfg .

    I was confused at first when you said you guys were CLOSE enough on the price but I think you meant COULDN'T when you added Back To Looking
