Need to find the people who did that and make them eat every one of those
Hi Mike.
Some people use big treble hooks with raw meat, hung from trees to lure coyotes to jump and bite. Poor man's trapping. Terribly barbaric.
Hang on. I'll help you in 77 minutes.
when I worked at gander, I was talking to an off-duty Econ officer when another customer came up bragging about hanging treble hooks for coyotes and laughing about how they squirm and bought a couple packs of 10/0 treble hooks. The officer asked to see a picture (I refused to look), walked out to his car, checked with his boss, came back in with a badge and escorted the guy out.
I talked with the Econ officer a couple months later when he came in and said the guy received quite a bit of violations (illegal trapping methods, hunting without a license, trapping without a license, inhumane take of game etc). Essentially lost his fish and game license for life.
people who hang hooks or bait stuff like that should be hung with hooks on a wall

Hi Mike.
There has to be mental illness here. No normal person would do such a cruel thing.

Hang on. I'll help you in 77 minutes.
I know Coyotes are an unwanted critter and they do some damage. But I would rather see them shot than hooks in their guts.
Another reason US needs the death penalty. Must be pretty depraved to do this.
I dislike the human species more everyday

I’ve also herd of people “fishing” for wild turkeys with trot lines baited with corn.
