    In the traditional Hudson tough mode. He wanted the breathing tube out. They took it out. He woke up several times. Wanted a coke. Nodded and said okay a few times. This was before 7pm. They are elated with his progress.


    He is one amazing young man! Thank you Lord!


    Thank you all for the prayers and support. I am home now after being up at 2am. 67 year old man can't do all nighters anymore.


    Having a toddy and headed to bed. I can't wait to be back up there again tomorrow.

    From Matt, Hudson's Dad,


    Good morning from Hudson!!! He just dozed back off, but he has had a great morning and evening with us, his oxygen has not fell below 95ish and his heart is being paced at 130. His BP is steady around 95/65 give or take.


    Hudson is feeling a little pain this morning, with pressure in his chest and stomach that they are working on relieving, but overall they say he is doing wonderful!!!!

    I admittedly don't know the story of Hudson. I see a post here occasionally and I say a prayer for him.

    When I saw the other post recently about getting close to getting a transplant, it nearly broke my heart. All I could think of is how blessed I am to have two healthy boys and how much I take it for granted.

    I've been praying often for Hudson, and I'm so glad to see that he made it through.

    On the other hand, some other family is dealing with a loss that I can't imagine, and I'm praying for them as well.
