been a minute since i could get on. sorry about the confusion. that house in your area could fetch 4-500 keep your eye openmaybe less especially in the winter. i had one bigger with a pond in back in marseilles 1 yr ago for 200 but did not want to make the drive everyday for 5 hrs both ways but i did seriously contemplate it. just no time to fish and i would of been married to it with upkeep and driving. still think about it though

The price is down to 950K right now. Huge pond located right behind it (community with no other houses by the lake). It's on a small lot though. Taxes
