Well she’s finally home, 2020 VX 1880, Zuk DF 115SS, 6” manual Jackplate FLW red and white, white poly floor and coin box lid, deleted the step, Ultrex 80lb and a 9” Elite Ti2 at the dash and I could go on but that covers the most interesting stuff

2020 AVX 1880 with a 115 Yamaha SHO. Running a 4 blade 19P Trophy prop, Garmin 93SV at console and Garmin 93UHD at the bow and Minn Kota Ultrex. Garmin units and Yamaha are all networked together. Recently installed an Easy Step boat step to the trailer. Loving the boat! Early in the life of the boat but after initial break-in, I ran a quick run getting it up to about 5200rpm and was running about 44.5mph with tackle, half tank of fuel and 2 people. Not bad at all! I expect to run very close to 50mph at WOT.66A250BB-006A-42C0-944B-611EF81D7A16.jpegFA43D28F-703C-477F-B4BB-9187FF95BA4B.jpegCF8B327E-5AC0-4A73-99CF-638F7FB1741B.jpeg28EA9361-38BD-41AF-BDDD-00A6B31D9D3F.jpegC20E7D57-6523-4BD3-871D-3526E35601BD.jpeg

Beautiful, its a shame we have to ugly up our boats with registration numbers and the off color state sticker. Regardless I like white. I am patiently waiting on my 2021 AVX 2080 in summit white. Went with the 200 Merc XS. Lowrance TM and 2 Live 9's flush mounted. Wanted 12" screens but there is not room to flush mount them. Also doing cool grey SeaDek with Vexus logo on front deck. July 26th is scheduled ship date. Hopefully that happens, and I will get the boat on my 60th birthday, 8/1.....thanks wifey!
Ordered boat on or around May 22nd. 2020. Previously owned 2 white Rangers. Got sick when I sold both! LOL.

Congats!! You are going to love the boat. No doubt. I had a white 1980(actually it is the 1st post of this thread) and will be picking my 2080 up tomorrow. I went all custom VX/DVX colors. Will post up some pics when I get it home. Look forward to seeing yours.

Picked up my AVX2080 last week. It turned out absolutely awesome. Vexus knocked it out of the park!! The attention to detail by Vexus is unreal. There isn't another boat out there that can come close to the fit/finish of these boats. As far as performance, still getting it dialed in but it is a rocket ship coming out of the hole compared to my AVX1980.

All VX/DVX paint scheme, Graphite Metallic top, Tungsten bottom w/ Crimson Trim. Added SeaDek on the cockpit floor. Standard setup as most.....Helix Mega 10's bow/cockpit, Ultrex i-link MDI, Mega 360, Atlas Hyd JP, SS Latches throughout, LED's on the deck, all boxes/livewell and trailer, powered by Merc ProXs 200 w/ Fury 23p prop.

How much did they charge you for the cockpit Seadek. They are manufacturing a new 1980 after my last had a defect in the aluminum and cracked.

Sorry to hear that. Vexus is building you a brand new boat vs just the hull? I would take that all day long. You would have to ask your dealer or Vexus on the price. I didn't ask for a break down in cost. I wanted it and told them just to do it. I submitted my build with several things added that are not on the web option list. I got the final OTD number and rolled with it.

Sclark, as soon as I get mine, I will post pics! I have a ship date to Bunch Marine, leaving Arkansas on 7/26/20. Been waiting for a while. Super anxious.
I think it is on the plant floor now according to what Curtis is telling me. AVX 2080, Summit white with black bottom, red pin stripe. Merc Pro XS 200, Ghost TM, with Live 9's bow and console flush mounted. SeaDek floor throughout, Cool Gray with Vexus logo on front deck, with wave lines in it. T&H Marine rub rail with navigation lights and black lights.
Third center seat w/ step, Trick steps on trailer, Atlas hydraulic jack plate. Lights in all compartments including live well. Additional lift assist rods on lids, Optima batteries. Hot foot of course. Victor package also.
We do lots of night fishing here in east Tn. And finally the custom cover. Previously last 3 boats I owned were Rangers. It was natural to take a shot at the Vexus. The demo ride buried the hook deep! Was going to get the AV boats steering wheel to dress up the boat a bit more, until I got the price today! UGHHH...

Finally got the VX2080 on Friday. Had it in the water a couple times already, and it was all that was expected, and much MORE! The 4 stroke 200XS is unreal. If anyone is thinking about the Ghost, just go ahead and get it, you WILL NOT NE DISAPPOINTED. The SeaDek looks and feels better than I imagined. Got my 4 hrs in on the motor.
Not ready to share numbers just yet, you wont believe them, I didn't. Atlas Jack Plate, NightFishon Rub Rail lighting, Lowrance HDS 9 Live x 2, all compartments are lighted, and stupid bright, The Ghost TM, so easy to operate, already adjusted the deploy and stow cable, and depth, anchor lock is so cool, as there are many reasons to use it. added lift assist rods to all the lids. Trailer Trick steps are great. Breaks on both axles, and work great! To say I am satisfied, is a huge understatement. Satisfied with everything about the boat, and the purchase experience. Steve Clark and Ryan Patterson did everything we asked.
Most of all huge shout out to Curtis, Crystal, and Michael at Bunch Marine in Harriman Tn. They made it all happen for the wife and I. Great people, who I am proud to call friends. If you are within 500 miles of Bunch Marine, and looking to buy a boat, I promise you it will be worth the drive and or flight to meet the staff at Bunch Marine, and purchase a boat from this dealer. Thank You Curtis Bunch and everyone at Bunch Marine.

Was the NightFishion Rub Rail factory installed or done at the dealer?

I just ordered a DVX-20 and want to get NightFishion rubrails installed on it. Had their lights on my bass boat and wanted to get same setup on the DVX. I night fish Dale Hollow some for both walleye and smallmouth. Already contacted Night Fishion and he says he can make custom set if necessary...just need to know what type rub rail.

The dealer did mine. Only took them like 2 hours. Id did not get the navigation installed for some reason. I assume it was just an oversight, and I didnt want them to take it out and re do it. Instead of red/green I have white/clear lights in the nose of the boat. All said and done though, I really like them. They look great. You dont even notice them in the rail unless you look directly for them, and know thats what you are looking for. 6 black lights and 1 "moon beam" per side. Moon beam is between light #3 and #4. Very good coverage. I have had Sloans, and Hoppys both with the RCA jacks, no cable no wire exposed. The rail lighting is better than the sloans, and not as good as the Hoppy's. Hoppy's were the best. I hear some of todays new ones are very strong, bright....good. Have not seen or tried. I just like the fact when it gets dark you dont have to dig the lights out of a compartment and plug them in. Just flip the switch

Yeah I had the NightFishion on my last boat and liked them. I had the 3 front, 2 rear, and moonbeams in the middle. And docking lights on the bow.
    Had no issues with durability.
They don’t do a great job of lighting up my line...so we use a helper light for ripping hair jigs when need to see the line go slack to tell when the bait hit bottom. But even then it’s nice to only have one small light pointing up on the gunnel (or on the handrails of the DVX)

It was my understanding that they are not legal as running lights. Even though they are brighter than most standard bulb nav lights.

I ordered a set of 14” Table Rock Led Lights to try as my auxiliary lights.
I have a pair of rigids but they are discontinued so wanted to try another manufacturer.
    Will check out the Hoppys.

    2020 1980 Midnight Oil

Picked up the boat last week and have had it out a few times and it is amazing. Found this one on the dealer lot and had them add a second console which was shipped from the factory and installed by dealer. Merc ProXS 150, Ultrex 80, bow and console flush mount Lowrance Elite 9's. I also had a bimini mounted and the wife digs it. I do as well and the other day as the sun was beating down I popped it up and ate my lunch and cooled down....got back to fishing refreshed and ready!!!
