The cold temperature (24 degrees) was worth a couple mph. Today, slightly choppy water 36.9 per the gps on my Elite Ti2. The speed on the Elite was 38.5 when it was 24 degrees. I didn't have the vessel view mobile on today.

Yeah dropping prop pitch may be a good idea, I am definitely trimming up, It will stop trimming when it reaches half way up on the trim gauge and water pressure is still good, getting about 25

Added a ton of weight and move it foward. . Just posted in show your boat here on the tracker forum with all the mods.
Super fast hole shot, with that weight moved forward but double seats and a tower for electronics on front I didn't expect a lot of numbers on top end.

first engine a 2006 opti 115- spitfire17” 50.5 4” prop to pad 6” detweiler plate
second engine 2021 proxs 115 42 2.07 lower, same performance set up identically
hit something with lower and decided to pay difference from ins check to upgrade to a 2024 command thrust waiting on new 21 tempest to arrive but on a TOO SMALL of a prop a 20”13 1/4” laser (old) it way over revs cant go over 3/4 throttle and hits 45.

I SUSPECT LOW 50’s 52-54 but we will see😎
