99 Tr-21 storage between the seats ideas

Fixing to replace the seats in my 99 Tr-21. I have the one with three seats, kinda like a bench and I'm wanting to go to Too seats and a console/step in the middle. Anyone have any ideas for a console/storage between the seats?

Bass Cat makes a center seat step. It comes carpeted with 2 cup holders. If you are handy you can make your own.

That's the one, didn't like color sprayed with bed liner (non-slip) and added Triton logo. Purchased last year on BBC.

Did you secure with screws or use Velcro tape? My Triton has the gas tank below the seats.

So does mine - but I used a small bit and drilled down through slow until I hit the tank and stopped - then measured. Then measured the length of the screws they give you including the thickness of the step section where the screws go through - and found I had over 1/2" to spare if I used the supplied hardware. So I went ahead and screwed it down.

I got the same console, but also wanted to change it up a little. I wrapped it in carbon fiber wrap and put some sea deck type material I got on Amazon. Turned out great. You can either get these at Bass Pro Shops or bassboatseats.com. I removed the whole plate under the seats to not take a chance and bolted it in. Not sure how to add pic...

I'm going to grab a water proof case from Harbor Freight and mount it there on mine.
I want somewhere water proof I can toss my phone, keys, etc.

I used velcro to install mine. 3 years and not a problem. I got 6 inch square piece stuck right in the middle.
