    Under Armour

Saw where it split today and is trading at around 43 bucks a share. Is this a good buy? I'm not really up on why stocks split and what the implications are.

I think they mostly split the stock to make it more appealing to the retail investors. If you have a smaller amount of money to invest you feel better buying 100 shares of something versus 50 but 100 shares at 50 is the same as 50 at 100.

True. I figure my money is already tied up so I guess I'll just watch it for a bit.

I did good back in the 90's when Home Depot slip 3 times in short order. I think UA will continue to be strong and grow. At least until we go into deep recession or who knows, a depression.
