    Ordered 2 Lews Tournament Pro G's and 2 Duckett rods from Jamie at SportmansOutfitters, Received everything the same week as the order and at a super price! Highly recommend give them a call if you are in the market for items. If you don't see it on their website don't be afraid to ask if they can get it.

    A+ Customer Service is not dead. A big shout out to Jamie at Sportsman's Outfitters. I had an issue with shipping damage on a newly purchased rod. When I called in on Wednesday morning and spoke with Jamie his number one goal to make sure I was happy. This new rod was going to be utilized in the upcoming tourney that weekend. I was concerned the replacement would not have enough time to get here(AZ) by Friday - so I offered to pay the difference in any expedited shipping charges to get it here. He calmly told me no can do and he would take care of it. The new rod arrived in time and using that rod helped secure a 2nd place finish and big fish honors for the tourney. The jerkbait bite was key on those pre-spawn bass.

    Not only did I get a great deal but when the unfortunate shipping accident happened Sportsman's Outfitters went above and beyond - no questions asked. Solid - very solid.
