RT188 - Is the Port Console Removable?

I was told by my dealer that I could add the port console anytime. So you should be able to remove it.
You'd need a fill piece & carpet to cover the mounting area though.

Nope unless you want to remove the screws in the panel right in front of the console.

The fill panel is already installed in the floor on the port side. You remove it and that's where the console is attached.

All my screws in that filler panel stripped anyway. Maybe I should see how much a console costs.

Looking for the carpeted filler deck plate for my 2015 RT 188. My son joins us fishing and feel removing passenger console would help. Think I want to hang on to the console for now.
