L-67 Canal I think is what it's called out on the Tamiami Trail(SR-41) between Miami & Naples just East of the Miccosukee Indian Village.Boat Ramp on the right side of the road. Also some VERY large Largemouth & Tilapia can be caught out there so watch for those teeth. Spinnerbaits work well for all of these as do crank baits & top water baits.

Eww, snakeheads are nas-tay!! Take a bat and gun with ya! In Va. I think they passed a law that you MUST kill any that you catch or net..

Markham park has plenty of snakeheads now, and would be the closest for you.

Try the lakes by miami international airport and the surrounding canal system. Jacks, peacocks, bass, snakeheads, snook just to name a few that can be caught there.

I think they like broward county better

I have caught a few in the canal system towards the Kendall area. But the peacocks are on fire right now.

I remember the first peacock I caught, it was only about 3-4lbs on a floating rapala. I thought I had a shark for a moment. Kendall area
