A person should always trim the bushes as it makes his deck always look bigger, isn't that what Jeff Foxworthy said?

They need a tram or shuttle bus for the guy parking the truck at that ramp. I like the dam site alot better. Definitely not the one at the marina, it's a big cluster trying to get in there. LOL I always use the dam, and just run to BSBD for a tourney.

It's not that far of a run, so either is fine with me. I have used them all, and I won't be parking the truck, it's all good.LOOOL

Here's 9 pics of the cove from sitting in a new aluminum Ranger: Bull Shoals Boat Dock Photos by AnglersPortMarine | Photobucket

If you want to see some pictures of what I was doing down there, click on over to the Ranger board and check it out.

I don't know if this is the ramp everybody wants to use or not, but thought you would like to see what it looks like.
Actually, that's not the main ramp for BSLBD. That's the "High Water" ramp. Virtually all tournaments launch out of the ramp inside of the marina near the store. They have the necessary facilities there for doing the launch, check-in, weigh-in, etc. Where you conduct this tournament, I guess, depends on how many boats are in the tournament. I've been in some small tournaments (~10 boats) that used the COE ramp at the dam. Larger tournaments use the BSLBD ramp. You can kinda see it in the last pic in Pete's Photobucket images.

How many boats do think will be in the tournament?

Jim, we have 26 boats so far, but we are missing a couple of regulars. Midwestrally1 So depending on weather I'd say 23 to 30 is a good bet on the boats.

Then you should conduct the tournament out of the main, "internal" ramp at BSLBD. Much better facilities there.
