Under the old system if you bought a yearly pass and went 9 times you broke even so even if they raise it a bit if you plan on going a couple times a month you would come out ahead.

That should be close. Might have to bend a few laws but you should be able to do it unless you get stuck in traffic.
I might try to make it up to one or two if my schedule allows it.
