This works for a wet newspaper too. On rainy/snowy days when the newspaper gets wet (even when wrapped in plastic) put it on the floor partially opened. My wife taught me this.

    Re: Boot Dryer (lak100)

I got one of those boot dryers for Christmas last year and love it. Works faster than the fridge or oven and really dont cost that much.

    Re: Boot Dryer (buzzking)

I have a boot dryer I use for my waders now but the fridge works good for boots.

Best thing I've seen was a buddy of mine's parents have heated tile in their main bathroom. When we were younger and he lived at home 3-4 of us would stay over there almost every night during duck season. There'd be 6-7 pairs of waders (including his dad's, brother's, and cousin's) rolled down with the boots sitting in the floor every night. They'd be perfectly dried every morning His mom loved us

You can use just newspaper stuffed into your boots to get much of the moisture out to start with.

    Re: Boot Dryer (fishn4-5)

I built one out of a small squirrel cage motor fan and some pvc. probably no more than $15 and i can adjust the pvc to fit my waders and my boots. no heat but plenty of air flow and they are totally dry by morning
