I put new carpet in my boat last winter. Not hard just time consuming. I did go back later and do the floor. While I was at it I added side by side pedastels for crapppie fishing with a partner.

Looks great. I opted for sea-dek in the cockpit area. Although it does get and stay dirty. I’ll go with a darker color next time
