    Garmin Force installation

    Replacing my old Minn Kota Fortex with a new Garmin Force this weekend.

    Any tips or warnings before I get started?

    Planning (for now) to attach my LiveScope to the trolling motor. Hopefully the remote is smooth enough to where I don't need a separate turret mount $$$$.

    calibrating it correctly is very important

    Make sure to have someone there to help, getting the pivot pin properly is a PITA by your self.
