No downscan

I have a 12 HDS Gen2 touch at the console and my downscan/sidescan has stopped working. It’s the long LSS-2 structurescan HD skimmer mounted on my jack plate model-000-10802-001. I’m assuming these just burn out after a while?
Sonar is good.

Question - did my LSS-2 transducer dead?

I’ve done a soft and hard reset, checked all connections and get the same result.

I’d appreciate any insight y’all may have!

My Ti2 2D/DS transducer connected to trolling motor had DS but NO 2D.

July 1, 2022 Lowrance customer service had me do the following, while on the phone with them, with boat in garage.
soft reset
turn MFD OFF, then remove transducer plug, check that o-ring is seated in plug, reconnect plug,

Ti2 transducer was working OK afterwards (I removed/reconnected plug couple times just for good measures), and had C-MAP card out of MFD while doing this. (info from July 1 Voice Note on my iPhone)
