Portage River Bass Fishing Late October

Jim and I hit the Portage River in Port Clinton Ohio late October. We ended up facing some different obstacles we weren't expecting. The current on the river changed with the change in the wind direction on the lake, weather turned nasty, and there were two tournaments going on. It made for an interesting day on the river, but we still pieced together a good day.

Thanks bud. Congrats on the win there. I really like fishing there as well. Although I haven't fished it as much as my channel partner who grew up fishing that river. Lots of neat areas to fish.
