    The Ribb Cook

It starts with a good rack of baby backs. The rub will be a combo of Willlamson’s Brothers and The Gospel Rub from Meat Church. Of corse for the base there will be ground salt and pepper.

Time to wrap them with butter and brown sugar

The smoke and temperature is perfect and the bark is starting to form.

My favorite meal spares, baby backs or feather bones.

I also want to think RB for that awesome asparagus salad recipe he posted from Weber. I got right on that and made the vinaigrette and grilled the asparagus and cherry tomatoes as the recipe called for. It really popped with those baby back ribs. A meal fit for a king!

I'm a dry guy but I've been known to lather up some with sauce from time to time
