Matte black fender flares or paint to match on metallic black F250

I recently bought a used 2019 F250 in metallic black. I’m adding fender flares. Which would look better? Matte black or painted to match?

I agree…and be aware all kinds of dirt and debris collects between those flares and the fender, destroys the paint behind the flare.

If you have to have them…definitely paint to match.

Neither. Don't put holes in it. Maybe get a shop to wrap the rocker panels and wheel arches a contrasting color. Find a two-tone that you like.

If you have larger tires and wheel they do save rock chipping your body panels. Otherwise, no they aren’t attractive.

I can't put em on my F250, I'll deal with any chipping, and I live on a semi gravel road. So far no chipping to be found on my 2021.

And u could opt for PPE protection. basically clear vinly.
