    Well, what DON’T they counterfeit?!?

    FWIW I work in Biotech and we had a huge OEM (I forget who) recall years ago of elastomer O-Rings that were counterfeit from China. They deteriorated fast when exposed to the chemicals and solvents we use to clean the literal miles of 316L stainless steel process piping.

    Nowadays, all our EPDM and Viton O-Rings come in with certificates of compliance and testing.
