dealership left holes in hull best repair method

holes from repair.jpgdealership fixed rub rail twice and now I have these two holes in hull below rub rail. can they be filled with gel or will they require glass mat to be added to holes and then gel coat over the new matting? big job or small quick job?

I would let a different dealer fix it, and send the bill to the one that messed it up. That's just not acceptable!

holes need to be dished out and filled with thickened gelcoat, sanded smooth and buffed. Sometimes takes several applications to get it perfect. I'd get around $400 at my shop to do it. Hope this helps.
