Nothing confirmed but I saw comment on Slick Johnson video that he would be penalized 90 minutes fishing time. That would be a first for BASS to do something like that. More of a MLF penalty. I see nothing else online about it.
The problem with Sumrall's bag is that him, Cory Johnson, and Matt Arey are sharing a spawning area. All were within cast of each other in the pictures I saw yesterday. Can it support 3 people for 4 days?

It’s not the first time B.A.S.S. has issued this type of penalty. Pretty sure quite a few were penalized for running no wake zones on the St Lawrence too. B.A.S.S. typically keeps minor infractions internal only and don’t publicize it.
A quick 30sec google search found this when Biffle failed to help another angler and was penalized 1hour

Yep, I am not mad at him. I saw where he had a "long run" to his spot yesterday, so this will have an impact on his fishing time for sure.

B.A.S.S. probably drummed up some violation on McKinney to help soothe over New’s hurt feelings over McKinney fishing the Locks at the last tournament.

if they are bed fishing but they are bed fishing with ffs, cant see the fish with their eyes but see them shallow on ffs.. do they still have to be hooked in the mouth? Not that ive seen it happen where one was snagged but have been reading a lot in other tournaments also where guys are saying they know they are spawning but cant visually see them but see them on ffs..
