    Lithium Batteries ?

If you have two 12v lithium batteries for a 24v trolling motor do you have to have a charger for each battery or one 20amp charger will charge them both at the same time? I’m new to this Lithium stuff lol. Do you also parallel them like a regular battery?

I recommend a charger that "sees" a series set of batteries individually. There is less chance of lithiums becoming unbalanced that way. Separate hookups for each battery. Be sure both batteries are fully charged before hooking them up in series. Cj

If you are going to hook a charger up as Mactlman says it has to be 24v and check each battery occasionally for imbalance. Cj

Buy a Lithium rated two bank charger. Start correctly and your chances of success go way up.
