    Seastar pro HC6345

I have an old unit (2011) that just started leaking on the port seal. It seems like I cant find much on the pro unit. Just around 200 hours on it, but age got it and its dripping pretty good while boat is parked in garage. Does anyone know if the HS5157 seal kit will work or is it a different number? Just wondering if I should spend on the seals or pony up and just but a new cylinder? The little side brackets that connect to the pivot bolt have just a little slop and seastar says these are unserviceable, Im guessing due to liability.

Thanks for info 5th. These joints in the pic below are what Seastar says are unserviceable. I have a little play in them. Im assuming there is no parts for the cylinder itself, just wiper seals?

HS5167 is the correct part number for the Pro cylinder. Swap the pre-loaded end caps out and rebleed. We do several a week, especially in cold temps.

The tiller plate bushings are non-user serviceable due to liability concerns. They can be replaced by a certified seastar repair center.

Allison now comes with the Tournament cylinder and it is much better and beefier than the Pro, it also handles the torque load from the R engines better.
