Miller Lite and nothing is a close second.

PBR is not bad if it's ice cold draft or bottle. They used to serve an awful lot of it at the Widowmaker Lodge at Sugerloaf (don't know if they still do). It went down real easy after a day on the slopes.

I'm really surprised that no one nominated Meister Brau. Miller Lite actually started out as Meister Brau Lite until Miller bought them out of bankruptcy. Miller kept the "full-bodied" Meister Brau as their budget beer which made it perfect for high schoolers. I wouldn't say it tasted that bad--it really didn't have much flavor at all but DANG! Those skidmarks in the bowl the following day were scary!

Seem to remember that was actually made by Falstaff. Was a Falstaff brewery in Ft.Wayne, In. that closed sometime in that era.

    Hamm's. It's just awful tasting.

To be honest some of the worst beers I've ever had are from some microbreweries. The risk / reward is pretty high when ordering at those places IMO. At least with a pacifico or whatever you know what you are going to get.

Wisconsin Club. When I was pledging a fraternity, our Big Brothers bought that for us to drink only because it was cheap. At first I thought it was part of the hazing because it was so bad. A couple years later I had stopped at a small tavern for lunch and they had the prices of canned beer posted. Michelob $0.50, Bud and Miller $0.40, Stroh's and PBR $0.35 and Wisconsin Club $0.25. Yep, it was cheap.

I've grown to really like PBR. Just bought a 30pk for $18.
