    Ha, you think it's miserable down the Cape, I went fishing on Monday and Thursday we got a foot of snow. Still flurrying and raining since Wed, but I would say at least 8" of snow has melted.

    It has been cold and wet down here but at least no snow for us ,but the ponds are super full .High water everywhere .Another couple weeks before I can get out and fish but boat is ready and so am I...

    Fall and winter wasnt bad. About a month ago it took a dump. Definitely neoprene gear weather out here

    Mashpee/Wakeby? Always hear about the smallies they catch in spring. Personally only fished it once and din't have much luck but that was years ago.

    It can be a tuff lake to fish, reason is the fish are very palagic, just out following bait. Huge bait balls.

    I havnt been out yet, been doing the trout thing. But, the lake is at capacity about a week ago. I dont know the temp but I'd bet its upper 40's. The warmest day here in the past 2-3 weeks was 53.

    39 degree water today .. temp is going the wrong way !!

    7 on jerkbaits today 1 on a jig in about 3 hours

    2 on jerkbait to a kid who has never thrown one from the back of the boat

    Between 49-52 about 10ft. Had a couple decent other ones, but also 4 large mouth...don't think I had 4 of them in one trip all last year!
