I bought it “used” from another guy, so I can only speak to what I see. There are no marks on it anywhere. It is mint.
Mint means untouched. You can't confirm that. I only asked because I may have bought it.

Ok, I confirmed it was the original owner of the prop I bought from. He bought it new, only ran it a couple of times and sold it to me. No work or repairs done to the prop.
