Three Michigan teams were in that bracket. Regional selections have many rules that are non negotiable. Pairwise ranking is always followed. Host team has to play in their region if they qualify. Conference opponents can’t play each other in the opening round. Then and only then will the selection committee consider geography and attendance.Originally Posted by basscat21

Close allowed a couple weak goals and my gophers couldn’t capitalize on a good third period. Fun game to watch.
