What make/model live well fill pump is likely in a ‘05 206? Is it a cartridge replacement or the entire thru-hull fitting and everything? Haven’t had a chance to pull everything out to see. Thanks.

Mine were Mayfair cartridges on my 2001 196 Elite.
My08 210 Had rule brand. Replaceable cartridge. No fun to access.

My 2005 206 has Rule, changed them all out. Remove oil tank and get ready to be sore. Put a new 4 stoke on and the oil tank is GONE!!!!. Plenty of room now.
My 07 is Rule. The replacement cartridge is 20RR if they are still available. Rule changed design at some point. Check that the housing doesn't have a crack or hole in the underside of it. If they are unavailable or the housing is trashed, I recommend the Johnson SPX which is the old Mayfair. Mine had a chunk about the size of my thumbnail in the bottom out of the side of the housing.

You're better off bilge diving and checking. Some champs had various pumps. I switched to Johnson/spx pumps whenever one goes out
